5.Payments

• Delayed payments may result in project suspension until outstanding dues are cleared
• All pricing discussed is subject to final approval and written confirmation

6.Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included based on the selected package or proposal. Major changes, redesign requests, or changes beyond the approved scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

8.Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final approved work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Zenvix Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

9.Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• WhatsApp
• Hosting Providers
• Domain Registrars

Zenvix Media is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues originating from third-party providers.

10.Limitation of liability

Zenvix Media shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

11.Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date shall remain chargeable and payable by the client.
